Does a great job having a variety of food options so it's a plus for me. Plus the staff is always on standby if you need a refill or something similar. But it really depends on where you sit though.

The crib club salad is my absolute favorite thing at the moment. It's the best.

Ribs were very good and service was awesome!!

For a restaurant named with the word "Rib" in it, I had high expectations. The baby back ribs I had were quite fatty, and barely warm. My fries were cold. They replaced my fries with no fuss, though.Sweet tea was decent and my corn on the cob was okay. The BlackBerry cobbler I had was subpar...Maybe it was an off day for them.. I don't know. But there were a lot of other customers there at supper time on a Monday might..

Been going here for years. Literally dozens if not hundreds of times. Never once had a bad experience. I'd say that's a pretty high average. One of the most consistent restaurants in Benton.

Just not the best experience! The meat was a bit bland and the bbq sauce from the table was very basic. My meal was not put together the way I thought I asked but I wasn't going to complain. Then the waitress saw that I wasn't completely happy and very loudly asked what was wrong, grabbing the attention of everyone in the vicinity. It was very awkward. Not sure that I will want to return again.

This is 1 of our favorite spots to eat! All their meats have a really good taste. Service is always spot on.

Just wasn’t my type of barbecue. I got the pulled pork and chicken combo. The chicken was sliced and looked like the deli chicken breast at Walmart, that’s not what I want when I order from a restaurant. The baked beans and corn on the cob was good.

I cant say enough about RibCrib. It is always busy, yet always professional, quick, and with well cooked fare. My family has been here nearly a dozen times at all different hours and days and it is always consistent. My hat off to the team for providing such excellent service all the time. A staple barbecue place in Benton.

Great Ribs.. I smother them in sauce. I really enjoy their loaded spuds.. Service is always really good people always happy to help.

If ya want meat and it needs to have great flavor this place will do! I dont know about the chicken or fish though

Food was excellent. Madelin, Our server was everything a diner would want. She was helpful, caring and smiled each time she cheched on us. We will be back and hope Madelin wi be our server again.

Excellent BBQ. It's a chain but good. Sides were not that great, over cooked. Fast and friendly service.

The food is delicious... What more can I say? I recommend the family packs for feeding a crowd. So much food for a nice price.

I love BBQ and I love Rib Crib. I've never been disappointed. Just had pulled pork and it was melt in your mouth perfect!

I’ve enjoyed the food every time I go. The service is wonderful and the restaurant is very clean. One of my favorites is their club - it’s large enough two people could share it.

We have eaten at Rib Cribs in Oklahoma and they are great. Stopped at the one in Benton Ark. We were very disappointed. The ribs were tough and had a lot of fat. Not tender and juicy like the others we have had. The other food was good.

Best brisket around. Chicken nachos are great. Spuds with your choice of meats are, as my wife would say, are laripin'. Service could've been better seeing as the place wasn't real busy while we were there.

I enjoyed this restaurant. The service was outstanding and the food portions were large. Overall a great value for the money. There are enough options on the menu to satisfy most people. I recommend Tuesday night when you can unlimited ribs.

I am a very picky BBQ person, BUT the Rib Crib has changed my mind! The ribs, brisket, smoked sausage, beans and potato salad are some of the best I've had (outside of mine and my dad's)! Friendly service, tasty food and if you're lucky live music! Check out one of Bentons best kept secrets!

The BBQ pork is always good and you can even get a vegetable plate if that is all you want.

Likely reheated, brisket was lack-luster if you are a BBQ connoisseur. Gray throughout as you can see from photos. Pulled pork best thing we had. People were nice and attentive. Just don’t expect fresh juicy brisket. I should have known when I asked if I could request moist or lean for the sliced brisket and was told “it just comes as it comes.”

Be careful, they'll short you on your portions beyond belief when you get it to go and they'll forget to give you your sides. Definitely not worth the money. I hate being that guy to write a bad review but this is like the 4th time this has happened to me. Good luck!

Love this places so much. Like 2 mins from where I work and can get a pound of brisket and not have to worry about side. This place is a carnivore's dream!
